Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct
All sellers are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing products on O’rabbi. Seller offences and prohibited content can result in suspension of your O’rabbi Account.
Please note: It is your responsibility to sell correctly. We are a digital company and we don’t have the experience, or “Know How” to sell foods and other items you wish to sell.
Please read carefully:
Seller Code of Conduct Principles:
∙ You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all O’rabbi policies.
∙ You give complete permission to sell shop items to be sold on O’rabbi.com
∙ You agree to your business logo being on O’rabbi.com website.
∙ O’rabbi cannot guarantee business
∙ Who is Strip – Strip is an established and most secure financial gateway which allows money to be transferred securely.
∙ O’rabbi has no access to your funds and will not take any responsibility for any financial issues or loss, e.g. delayed money into your Strip account. Please contact Strip. Once the transaction has taken place, Strip takes the funds and transfers the funds into your account after Seven days – please view Strip view T&Cs

∙ You will make O’rabbi aware on (hello@orabbi.com), if they are not obeying the law
∙ You agree not to sell alcohol or Harram on O’rabbi.com
∙ You agree to sell only foods and items that are permitted legally in the United Kingdom and abide by all UK food quality and control standards. .
∙ You agree to maintain your current account information and update it, when necessary.
∙ You agree never to sell out of date goods, it is your responsibility.
∙ It is the Vendors responsibility to make sure that items (Fresh and Frozen Food) are sealed, wrapped and closed properly for the driver.
∙ You agree never to mis-represent yourself.
∙ You agree always to act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for O’rabbi customers.
∙ You agree to never list products that might cause harm to O’rabbi customers.
∙ You agree to never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behavior. This applies to all your activities, including, but not limited to:
o Information provided on your account
o Information provided in listings, content or images
o Communication between you and O’rabbi, or you and our customers
∙ Act fairly at all times. Unfair behaviour includes, but is not limited to the following:
o Behaviour that could be deemed as manipulation or “gaming” of any part of the buying or selling experience
o Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content
o Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate O’Rabbi’s search results or sales rankings
o Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings
Only to maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell, unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and to sure that all of your accounts are in good standing order. . Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
o You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
o You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
o O’rabbi programme that requires separate accounts
